A night of stories, flavors, and a little bit of magic. When the sun sets and the lights turn low, Maven shifts into something a little more intimate. A little slower. A lot more special.

Our Filipino Omakase is a multi-course tasting experience designed to take you on a journey—through memory, through flavor, through tradition and invention. Led by Chef Leroy Borrega, this dinner series is a love letter to Filipino cuisine.

How We Do Reservations & Waitlists at Maven

Here’s how it works: We take reservations Monday to Friday.
Please note: If it’s a long weekend (holiday Friday or Monday), we switch to walk-ins only for that day.

Weekends (Sat–Sun) are walk-in only.
When we book up, we start our virtual waitlist. You can add your name by calling the restaurant
or online right here. We’ll send you a text when your table is ready. No need to wait at the door.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Always approaching you with a great attitude. We've got breakfast in Tokyo and eggs Benedict, both options were amazing. It's clear that their team is passionate about what they do and the food quality.

First time here, and it didn't disappoint. For someone who grew up in Singapore and been craving for Singaporean food, it reminds me of home so much, especially their Kaya toast. Will definitely be back to try other dishes.

Amazing place...very exciting menu options, it was so hard to pick what to have, as everything sounded amazing! Love the combination of Asian fusion to everything, absolutely amazing flavours! Definitely NOT basic! This place was remarkable.
