When the sun sets and the lights turn low, Maven shifts into something a little more intimate. A little slower. A lot more special.

Friday and Saturday evenings 5:30 pm -10pm , we serve a Filipino-forward dinner menu that’s bold, heartfelt, and deeply rooted in memory and flavour.

And once a month, we invite you to join us for something truly unique: Hapunan, Calgary's First Filipino Omakase.

Led by Chef Leroy Borrega—known for his work at Shokunin, one of Canada’s Top 100 Restaurants—Hapunan is a multi-course tasting experience designed to take you on a journey through nostalgia, tradition, and innovation. Each dish is a surprise, shaped by seasonality, memory, and the chef’s imagination.

What to Expect:
